They definitely can. The Canucks were lucky to be tied 2-2 going into the third in that game. Then, Binnington let in an unscreened slapshot from the half wall under his arm, and Vince Dunn got absolutely walked. The 5-2 goal was academic, but before that they'd had about 5 minutes of domination and couldn't get one to go in.
The Blues totally controlled probably 50 minutes of game 1 and 40 minutes of game 2. The difference continues to be goaltending. Binnington was better tonight than last game but Markstrom has simply been much better. If he doesn't hold them in it they're losing this thing 2-0 instead of the reverse.
