Is there a level 4, etc?
Most supercharger seem to be setup for pretty quick charging.
Like I said earlier in the thread, every single 'issue' that exists with electric vehicles can be solved. The same cannot be said for ICE vehicles.
To me the battle is over, and manufacturers that don't switch are going to die a painful death.
