The price is a bit steep at $40 per carload, no matter how many people are in the vehicle. That said i'm sure they'll fill the place. Plus there will be food trucks on location.

Owner Jeff Langford says they're holding a special opening Friday, August 14 for sponsors and volunteers to raise some money for the Call of the West Museum and Eamon's Garage, and then opening the doors to the public Saturday, August 15.

"People can now actually go on (our website) now and buy tickets now for Saturday night. We're hoping to get a bunch of local people out to get this started. Then we're up and going, we're rolling. We're going to have food trucks there. Of course social distancing, we have to make sure all the COVID rules are in place. It's going to be great!"

Langford says they won't fill it to capacity though.

"130 is basically our COVID number of where we are very comfortable. The trial run tells us a lot more too of how we fit cars in and how things work. So we're keeping it at our 130 car mark, you know see how that works, we can increase our occupancy higher than that for sure."
