I think they will be. I presume companies like that will have a real worry on their hands. Perhaps there is some sort of partnership they could get into with Starlink. Otherwise I wouldn't be surprised to see them going to the government crying foul.

I do not, however, believe anyone but the rural ISP's have anything to worry about for a long time.
