Could be as simple as a wheel weight, but if it’s vibrating all the time it could be an issue with the driveshaft install, Debra on the U-joint preventing it from seating correctly or something. Also, just make sure you check your lugs before driving it back to the shop...you never know.
Chances are it’s a quick fix and the shop will tell you it was a wheel weight regardless me thinks.
