George Floyd didn't deserve to die, regardless of his history or drug use or whatever. Your focus on those character traits while painting the officer as someone who simply made a terrible judgement call felt gross to me, and reminded me of this:
There are people who are just fine that Floyd is dead. You've made it clear you're not one of them, but you're focused on the same kind of things. So I apologise for making the leap.

I think this post summarizes that I don't think it's JUST bad training or terrible (not bad) judgement. He should be in prison for manslaughter.
Let me go another route. You feel he is a murderer, and should be convicted of murder 2 (assumption but I feel its safe here). Fair enough. I think there's no evidence here that there was intent and certainly no evidence it was racially motivated. Murder 3 or manslaughter is appropriate.
