Nah, I don't think you should be, that's fair, what I said was over the line so I apologise.
My point is that the issue is police using excessive force to kill another Black person. Some people need to paint Floyd as a meth head, or bring up his criminal history, or whatever, and I wonder why. It doesn't change the grossness of what happened, and it doesn't change the fact that dozens of innocent Black lives have been taken by police for no good reason, just in recent history, and that's why there are protests.
I also find the idea that this video changes the narrative to be pretty ridiculous and distasteful. Why would anyone think that? And why would anyone think that the protests/riots/violence as somehow less justified because of it? Doesn't that seem ridiculous?
