Spots 9-15 (or whatever these teams owned) each held a 1-2% chance of winning the lottery - nothing to affect their position in the play-ins. It is unlikely that it changed the behavior of any of the teams, however, it should never have happened in the first place.

The entire draft should be happening NOW, now that we know who all the participants are.

I doubt the league would've okayed any trade of these picks. Also, it's past the trade deadline, so no players acquired could've suited up. ??
