The Oilers are the worst team in North American sports history, and it’s not even close.
In a league where 50%+ of the teams make the playoffs every year, a team with trained dog for a coach would get their team to the playoffs more than 1 time in 14 years.

The Leafs are not far behind. They have been pretty awful since the lockout and have made the playoffs the last few years but they can't win a series.
