Fans might be disappointed with the return, but there will be lots of people disappointed around the league. Will not be your typical hockey trades when there is an expansion draft coming. Trading players for draft picks or prospects will not generate the return it would on a normal year. So much more on the line for teams when they have to expose player to the expansion draft.
