Yeah he leveraged ownership of the club into a real estate development, but that doesn't preclude him from wanting to have a winning hockey club and wondering WTF is going on as to why that isnt occurring.

It doesn't preclude it, but I doubt it's nearly as important as their fans thought when he bought them. I think the him not acting on clear management problems after more than a dozen years as owner lends itself to one more than the other.
