If McDavid ever does learn to become a complete playoff performer, like Toews, Crosby or Yzerman, he'll likely spend less time crying and more time celebrating, but in that team's culture I doubt he ever learns to make that change. In Oilers culture, chasing scoring titles will still be the number one goal.

Heres the thing though, those guys had the luxury of changing their style of play because they had depth and support.
In the culture of that Edmonton team, if McDavid doesnt do it, it doesnt get done.
That team, for all of their outrageously high draft picks, is pathetically thin.
