That seems a little excessive.
I'm not poor. I suppose stupid is arguable depending on who you ask but I don't think so.
It's fun to dream. A small portion of money towards the fun of a possible windfall makes sense to me. If you're spending money you don't have on a wish then that is a different story of course but I think your comment is silly.
And yes, I'm glad a charity is supported in it all.
