As for the game. Good effort, the key is to keep it going and show some consistency instead of falling back into the same trap of being in love with your last game.
I thought Talbot has been pretty good. Even in the loss. How he has played this year reminds me of the good years he had in Edmonton. I seem to remember him being all world the year the Oilers made the playoffs. It was pretty much him and Mcdavid dragging that team into the second round.
I'd really like to see Jankowski throw his weight around. He's one of the bigger guys on this team and he's not finishing his checks. A leader in the dressing room needs to call him out and wake him up.
As for the Jets, they should rename their team to the Winnipeg Glass. What the hell is going on there? Most of these aren't even malicious hits. Some are just glancing hits and they are dropping like flies.
