At this point I have no idea why people hate him. Look to some other leagues and you will see a leadership void. Bettman has been absolutely great for the NHL, experiencing the greatest growth in revenue and player's salaries in NHL history. What's to complain about?

I honestly think Bettman wants it piped in lol. He revels in it. Participation in any form is participation in his eyes.
