LOL, the price the Hawks and Kings paid to win 5 Cups was immaterial.
You want to win a Cup? You need to pay the price. With no guarantee. Faint hearts don’t win the Cup.
Sure the Sharks didn’t win the Cup, but they certainly contended for one. As I said, no guarantees.
And the Kings have some of the best prospects in the NHL, and are adding more.
