Buffalo needs lighting and clubhouse upgrades.
The other thing here is that the arena the Sabres play in is accross the street so maybe they can get access to their facilities for gym and training needs.

Its sounds like the Jays had 4 or 5 contingencies in place, due to the condition of the park at Buffalo this was close to the last choice.
