Brent had Iginla, Tanguay, Jokinen, Cammalleri, Glencross, Hagman, and Stempniak and yet his teams couldn't score. It was agonizing.
Stajan was the #1 centre for most of the 2009 season, since the Jokinen experiment had already failed at that point. In 2010 Langkow was out of the picture, and Stajan and Morrison took turns swapping between the #1 and #3 positions, with Jokinen usually playing on the second line with Bourque and a rotating cast that included Glencross, Kotalik, Hagman, Dawes, Moss, Boyd, and Lundmark. I even recall Jason Jaffray getting a small handful of games at the #1 LW spot prior to Darryl's December 2009 meltdown. Cammalleri was a very late addition to Brent's tenure as coach.

Any way you cut it, the forwards during the Brent Sutter years were pug fugly, and if that's what constitutes some of the best rosters this team has had in two decades that's a black mark on the franchise itself. Keenan and Playfair had way more to work with IMO.
