It starts with the scouting.
Pretty solid to get a handful of NHLers from the 2015-17 drafts in Mangiapane, Dube, Andersson, Valimaki and Kylington. Especially since most seem to be on the path to becoming impactful players.
I also really like Pettersen, Zavgorodny, Ruzicka and Pelletier’s trajectories.
