Brodie is a free agent so he has no trade value unless it's a late pick for his negotiating rights.

Since they eliminated the one week "courting" period, I wonder if teams are going to deal for players rights to see if they can work out a deal before UFA starts.

I can see the Flames trading a 5th or something for Hall's rights
