From 1932 to 1965, there were only 3 years where Disney wasn't nominated for at least one Oscar (1933, 1941, and 1964). Only one of his nominations was for Best Picture, and it was the second-last nomination he ever received (for Mary Poppins).
Disney died in 1966 but won his final Oscar in 1969.
