It's like a 2 minute drive from Penticton (no joke). I'm guessing most stay in Penticton but there are places to stay in and around Naramata as well, some B&Bs and rentals.
We're in Penticton right now and went to a few tastings a few days ago on the bench, and has already been mentioned there are quite a few requiring reservations. We just drove ourselves around until we found some where we could walk right in.......Therapy, Lang and Serendipity were 3 of the ones we hit. Serendipity said they had a reservation coming in soon but fit us in anyways. I'll need to get a map out one day and figure out which ones we've been to over the years but we've definitely been to a majority by now, some a few times over.
Between Kelowna/Naramata/Oliver/Osoyoos there are so many options you can't go wrong.
