I don't know who decides where the line is. But I am fairly confident that someone making $3.8M is probably on the happy side of that line.
As for anything above zero and I am not working... I am fortunate thatI can work from home, but if the choice was increase the risk or not work - and again, I am fortunate - I am choosing 'not work'.
