In TNG they had the one with the ensigns who were kind of equivalent to the bridge crew, and but for the most part it wasn't lower deck people that they focused on, but like scientists or researchers on the ship.
I know that what used to drive me crazy in TNG was that the Enterprise looked like a floating hotel with everyone getting their own cabins etc. I'd love to see people sharing bunk rooms, vacuuming floors etc, doing laundry so on or so far.
I liked the animation style in the trailer, I will admit that I didn't have a lol moment watching the trailer, so we'll have to see.

I sure hope that 500 years in the future people aren't wasting time vacuuming floors and doing laundry. I was hoping that'd be sorted in the next 10 years or so.
