I'm not surprised that the original decision didn't stick, but no ban at all AND the fine being reduced is a huge slap in the face. Hoped they'd at least get one year, but given how smug Pep was last week, I should have seen it coming.
In any case, that's a huge blow for UEFA. Might as well scrap FFP altogether now, it's dead in the water and not worth the paper it was written on, given that UEFA can't enforce their own rules. Clubs like PSG and Chelsea will love this too, it basically gives them freedom to do what they want. Money talks.
