> In the Bubble: Each fan is to watch the game at home with their family/cohort only. Too much risk of droplet transmission by going to a bar and screaming "shoot" on the powerplay, or yelling at a server when Bennett takes a dumb penalty. Exceptions will be made for backyard streaming with appropriate social distancing.

> Calling it off: At any time before or during the best of five play-in, fans will not cheer for Winnipeg just so they "get a chance" at Lafreniere. We are not Edmonton, and tanking is not an option -- you play to win the game.

> Opt-out: Any fan may choose to not participate in the return-to-play tournament for any reason and without penalty. The deadline to opt-out will be three days after this return-to-play protocol is published, or one day after one of the Flames star players returning from the US is unable to participate due to personal or other reasons (furiously touches wood).

> Bubble life: Fans are not to interact with other fans and on other message boards. On non-gamedays, bars and restaurants will be open and available in the bubble, provided social distancing is followed. On gamedays, wearing red is mandatory. That means no white jerseys, no awesome blasty jerseys, etc. Car flags are encouraged. E remains NG.

> Compliance: Any fan that violates the rules set in the protocol will be subject to “significant penalties, potentially including fines and/or loss of posting privileges.”
