Looks like Brodie wins. The people are never wrong so there’s that. If you’re looking at tenure as an important element, or you just don’t like Phaneuf, I’m a little surprised so many people voted Brodie ahead of Macoun. I vividly recall bemoaning the fact that Risebrough had traded away a legit Canada Cup level defenseman in the Gilmour trade. IIRC Macoun was an extra on the 1991 Canadian team. Macoun was a terrific player who played here a long time.
