Personally, I'm taking Housley over both and Phaneuf over Brodie.

Brodie is not a bonafide PP QB, he isn't the anchor on the PP, and he's not the guy that any NHL team, including the Flames, are picking as their #1D. Being good for a long time isn't the same as being great. At least Housley and Phaneuf were great for a good portion of their 4-5 season tenures with the Flames.
