Then if they do sign Hall they can trade Johnny to recover some (or all) of the futures lost acquiring Point.
Obviously the Bolts would rather keep Point, but like I said earlier he's one of only two big ticket forwards without full trade protection, Kucherov being the other.
They'd still have Stamkos, Cirelli, Gourde, Johnson and Coleman who can all play center to make up for the loss of Point.
If they won't play ball then you offer sheet Cirelli.
6 x $5,200,000 - That works out to $6,240,000 AAV for offer sheet compensation which would be a 2021 1st and a 2021 3rd.
Tkachuk - Point - Mangiapane
Hall - Monahan - Lindholm
or
Hall - Monahan - Lindholm
Tkachuk - Cirelli - Mangiapane
Backlund as the 3C where he should be.

I would definitely make that deal if I am the Flames but I wonder what the state of the blueline would be? It is why I think it is tough to add Hall while keeping Gaudreau that is essentially what you are doing.
One player that I wonder of he could become trade bait is Mangipane? I think he is a guy that can score 25 goals and 50pts. Treliving played hardball last summer and squeezed him in and Mangipane made the leap to top 6 forward.
Would he be the type of player the Flames would put in a package deal for an upgrade somewhere on the roster. Say replacing Pelletier with Mangipane so the Bolts get an instant contributor who they can likely sign for 3-4 years at roughly $3M per
