I'd go with a reputable company, check reviews on Homestars, google, etc. I wouldn't rely too much on the BBB as it is can be gamed & paid for, but you can use it as another source of evidence amongst others looking for any red flags.
Avoid the temptation to go with a random Kijiji company - because the price will be attractive but you'll pay more in the end when it isn't done right.
