I hope this is all a misunderstanding as well.

I fully empathize the fear of your child disappearing. I am very protective of my boys, and live in fear of either going missing as I know the regret would destroy me.

Last year my 5 year old walked off at Stampede. I was talking to his older brother turned around and boom he vanished. Was in the food court in the Big 4. Never been so scared in my life. Verge of tears.

Then I find he walked over to be with his Uncle without telling me. I never want that feeling ever again.

I really hope this is just some sort of panic post and everyone is embarrassed but life goes on.
