If you grabbed one of these and you're willing to do a little extra work, it is possible to remove Neal's name and number entirely. I've stripped a few jerseys in the past so I know it can be a PITA, but this one actually wasn't that bad (I can post instructions if anyone is interested; please proceed at your own risk).
After removing the numbers/namebar there was a faint outline in the fabric, but after a quick press with a medium iron (using a pillow case overtop), there is little, if any, sign there had ever been a name/number. Obviously you'll have to pay if you want a new name/number, but I'm happy to keep it as a blank. Thanks again OP!
