I seriously doubt that, and ignoring the tu quoque fallacy in the last sentence of your post, I think it is a mistake to assert that even a tightly quarantined environment will provide adequate insulation. Players inside the bubble will still be interacting with far more people on a regular basis than just within their own families. And while this is the best the League can hope to do for containment there is still going to be a tonne of traffic in-and-out of the bubble because of food and room service personnel and transport workers.
In short, no, I tend to think the safest place for players to be is in their own homes, and with minimal contact to the outside world.
