Agree with most that you don't qualify him. It will be interesting to see what the PTO crop looks like this year. I could see a large pool of players being offered PTO's to fight for 1 year 650k contracts when the next season starts. I think a lot of players who typically get between 1.3 to 2.5 per season will really get squeezed.
