Is it wrong for me to hope he'd just say it and get it over with so that his supporters have no veil left to hide behind and we can all unanimously agree he is what he is? I feel terrible for writing that. But it's sickening how he is able to dance around the topic, where as if he says it publicly and on record, it is officially out in the open and no further excuses can be made.

Would it make a difference, or would he just come out with conflicting and obfuscating statements afterwards as him and his team usually do?
At this point, apologists are already committed to backing him no matter what.
