Yep, people talk about not wanting to overpay a big UFA... but that's what it takes to get them usually.
I'd rather "overpay" an elite top line player than overpay 3-4 players off the bottom of the roster.
Better to fill in the roster with hungrier players on their ELCs or PTO invites like Rinaldo and Rieder.
