If there was one Achilles heel for Batman, it's magic. He's a man of science so he never considers magic in his toolkit or any of his preparation. When #### hits the fan involving magic, like in Justice League Dark, his first instinct was "Are we talking about Magic? Call John Constantine... and Zatanna!". Yup, calling on other heroes with a background in Magic cause Batman doesnt know squat.
So this is the biggest difference in Batman and Dr. Doom coming up with contingencies, is that Dr. Doom incorporates magic in his plans where Batman is limited to his tech. Not only that but Dr. Doom is smarter than Batman. So where Batman has failed to come up with a counter to Wonder woman, Dr. Doom will succeed.
Doom isnt "just a guy in a suit". You could easily just dismiss the same notion about Iron man and Batman. If you werent aware, Doom's suit is actually infused with magic when forged by Tibetan Monks. It has resisted against full strength blows from the Hulk and Blasts from Thanos with his Infinity gems. It'll hold up to WW's sword.
