You keep going on about this crime, robbery, that occurred 12 years ago, that he served his time for (5 years) and since then has remained arrest free, has worked ever since and has had extensive volunteer and church involvement on top of working, by everyone's account he was no longer a criminal, he held down 2 jobs, both of which he was laid off from due to Covid, he clearly struggled with addictions through his life, in a country where being poor and black means almost no help with problems like addictions and little way of putting your life together after a major arrest like robbery, but he appears to have managed it, something a pair of lucky, privileged whites like you and I couldn't even comprehend.

It's easy being morally and legally pure when you have every advantage in the world handed to you, try it growing up in the slums this guy came from in one of the worst cities in the US to be poor and Black, Houston, he grew up in a neighbourhood you or I couldn't imagine in out worst nightmares
