Well then you can watch Gone with the Wind in any on of the numerous services which offer it without the added "context". (Personally I'm quite skeptical of such attempts, but I don't mind them trying.)
It's "their" choice to do it on their platform, and if you don't like then don't watch it.
The world is changing and people are trying to find a middle ground between propagating
quite obviously harmful and false views of history through outdated movies and film, and keeping
beloved classics on the air in situations where the latter are also the former.
I fail to see the harm, and I really fail to see why people would be against this, as it does not in any way stop you from enjoying the film just like you did before.
(Unless of course part of your enjoyment was the romanticized view of the South and slavery, in which case it's probably good that someone pokes at that enjoyment a bit.)
