I would guess "yes, and no."
If this is a sequestered religious community something like the Branch Davidians, then "yes," insofar as their view of "worship" is all-encompassing. That is, in accordance with most Christian monastic theology, all aspects of life consist of worship, and thus, everything must be done to the glory of God. But then also "no," that does not mean 24-hour-a-day prayer and praise vigils inside of a sanctuary. For members of these sorts of religious communities their fulfillment off God's will is incorporated in their life together, as a group. They form as extended families that work, eat, pray, play and live together—set apart from the rest of the world.
... But that's just me guessing.
