The main learning point for a New GM is when they trade for a special condition, it does a couple of things
1) you generally don't get that asset until right before it is due...so you lose out of an asset for a large chunk of the year
2) a Top 28 or a Top 75 pick or whatever is typically as close to the low end as possible.
