Cop seemed annoyed his taser didn't do anything, maybe the prongs didn't get through the clothes. Interesting there is that the one on the left seemed happy to just handcuff him when he had his hands on top of the head and only went along with the violent takedown plan after his partner initiated it. A good example of "one bad apple poisoning the whole orchard" or whatever variant of that metaphor Twitter has arrived at.
