Ironically had they used more force earlier in the arrest, he would've not been able to flea. Maybe a couple baton swats across the knees from cop B while the struggle was going in with Cop A.

I have not seen the video and I will review same immediately. If my initial post is wrong after reviewing same I will absolutely apologize. Your last paragraph raises and interesting point. You mentioned that had the police used MORE force in the initial interaction the suspect would not have been able to flee. Which raises the point that many regular police officers are now scared sh*tless to use force out of fear of being labelled a racist or a corrupt cop despite carrying out their duties lawfully. I don’t want to see ANYONE die. Civilian, suspect, Cop, anyone period.
