We love the Creston Valley Motel. It's an older motel, but it's clean as a whistle & really decent on price. They've renovated & while a lot of the fixtures & fittings are a bit on the older, dated side, everything works wonderfully, the beds are comfy (the comforters are ugly but big deal), & the owners are fabulous (unless ownership has changed hands since we last stayed there 2 years ago), with lots of good suggestions for different places to eat, where to dog walk, which U-Pick places are best and so on. We've been going there off and on for the past 30 years. We haven't been in the past 2 years because we have the RV now, plus, my brother just moved into the area (a hop, skip & a jump out of town) to a big acreage with lots of room even if we didn't haul the trailer. I'm kind of going to miss staying there.
