Culvers' Butter Burger - if I lived in the Upper Midwest of the USA, I'd be a very large man due to those.

Plus they serve frozen custard shakes, which I believe is 130% milkfat.

Only eaten it twice in my life, and I think I'm still working off the caloric intake
