This is going to sound harsh to some people that read this, but honestly, you're either a sociopath or a straight up racist if you do not feel like there are major issues at play right now. I don't want to dig too deep in a political rabbit hole here (I think there is a thread for that on the other forum), but I'll again just say bravo Mike--thank you for focusing on what needs to addressed.
