Then the de-escalation or use of less lethal intervention options begins. It seems as though you’re under the impression that once police arrive on scene with an emotionally disturbed person with a knife it’s a death sentence. except for the large number of times in comparison with other countries where it doesn't, Canadian Police kill vastly more people than comparable western nations and for all of the bluster and anger here no one has explained why that is.
