Context? Did you see a coworker in the break room, wish him or her a merry Christmas, and then they reported your racist ass to HR for creating a hostile workplace? Or did your company have a policy that instructed all staff to use a more inclusive non-denominational greeting when talking to customers, which you ignored, and
then the CEO was pissed?
