If this is about Michael Brown, that's pretty much the argument. He was 6'4'' goliath of a man attacking a police officer and reaching for his gun....At least if you believe the police officer at this point (but forensic evidence didn't prove otherwise).
I mean the first time this happened they should have just got body cams so we no longer have to rely on cops words, but we now have 1000 of incidents like this (maybe not always fatal) and police still fighting not to have body cams in a lot of places...
