Very briefly, with the expectation that you’ll go do the work to get up to speed, these protests are not about stereotyping. But they are very much about police brutality. You also seem to be missing the videos of countless acts of police brutality in response to these protests, and even just the positive videos of protestors and police having honest, helpful dialogue. So you should probably just watch more than whatever one-sided source you have going on.

So they are planning to protest until...? The guy is arrested? Done. The judicial system prosecutes the guy arrested? This is going to happen every night for a year?
Police treat them differently as they violently destroy the city ?
The cause and effect here is going to be the exact opposite of what they want with these methods of “protest”.
